Retention bonus

If I resign few days before (5-10 days) before year completion will I get retention bonus? Also what is the procedure to get retention bonus if not resigning?

Resigning 5-10 days before won't get retention bonus. Wait for 1 more month you might get retention bonus after that you can resign. If you are having better offer just forget about the retention bonus. I did the same. I resigned 5 days before a year completion but my offer was good and I heard they'll delay the retention bonus. Not sure people are getting retention bonus now.
