Retention bonus

Guys. Can someone pls confirm if retention bonus is given only once or every year! Also does the rating affect this retention bonus!

Retention bonus is given only once a year. And you will get it in the month of your TCS anniversary. Example I joined TCS on 4th sept so I get it in my sept month salary. It is not not affected by rating.

I completed my 3 years today with TCS. So will I get this month! Also my rating was D.

I think you should get it , it is part of your package. But D Rating is the worst you can get...so I am not aware of it.
