retention bonus ????

We will be receiving the retention bonus along with the October month’s salary. For those who have completed 3 years, the amount is now being merged with the personal allowance. This is actually beneficial for us, as instead of receiving it on a yearly basis, we will now receive it monthly. Kindly read the letter carefully for details.

Dont worry, you will get retention bonus for this year and from 1 Nov onwards it will be paid on mo they basis.

Same with me. I too received the email. Waiting for the bonus waiting all the year to get this email instead of bonus. Its like reducing the compensation. I saw the post like few people in earlier months got the retention bonus but why with people joining October.

I too received the same mail saying Oct 1. Will we receive it in this month’s salary? Can anyone please guide?

I'll complete 3 years in Jan 2026, so would I get the lumpsum this time or would they merge it with Personal allowance?
