Is Tcs retaining 12+yrs exp resources? What is tue criteria?

It is purely depends on your PM and team. If they really want you to stay, they will try every single options with hike. There is not such criteria. Critical resource this is also not an idea. If they decided to let you go, even if you are critical part of a team, they will not retain you.

I am also critical resource but management haven’t reach out to me for retention.(currently serving notice period)

If you are really very critical, they MIGHT consider retaining you.
