Yes they are! Talent team reached out to me 2-3 weeks ago for the same, however my LWD is approaching.

Not sure ,But They have retained me in June '25 as i was very critical resource in the project.,But there was lot of drama

Not sure..I got the call from HR as well as from my project delivery manager..still I got no update from them...they also didn't found a replacement for me yet..my last day is approaching..my separation process is pending with hr from last 45 days..they haven't approved yet

Yes it’s the same for me I think they are tricking resigned candidates so that they work closely with the team but actually they will not retain. You are right HRs are lazy here, I did chase my HRBP for separation and got the same eventually yesterday.
