Retention + Annual Hike?

I am going to get retained in this month! Waiting for compensation letter. Am I eligible for Hike after the retention letter?

Do they matched the offer? I am also on notice and they said if they match the offer will i say ? I told yes . I have been released from project on 31st july.

They might give you a number below your exp ×2.5 if you are below 8yoe.. if above that.. exp ×2 if your current ctc is only above that.. little to no chances of HR approving it!(can happen but not likely)

Released from project? This lowers the chances!

No u won't get increment if your salary is revised. I got retained 2 months back. I had the same query and confirmed with HR the same.
