I have got an offer and, retention discussion is going on.I have asked for 40% hike and Kolkata dc location.currently my location is Pune. Suggestions please

40% definitely not possible as per my past experience on negotiations!! And on kolkata DC, if your project is currently working on ODC, not possible else easily can get transfer to kolkata. One of my resource moved from pune to kolkata

Location change is possible. I recently changed from pune to kolkata. For retention let them come up with how much they can offer for retention.
