Retention & Annual Appraisal
I got retained in Sept 2023 (I agreed on 80% of offer letter salary match + Annual increment with Band A + Promotion after 6 months). This year I got "A" band but didn't get revised compensation letter for the year 2024. My promotion is initiated in Jan 2024 and soon I'll get promotion but Can anyone tell me why didn't I get revised annual compensation letter! Please suggest me !!!! Thanks in advance for your advice/ Suggestions 1)
Bhai Ch***** bana diya… don’t trust on words. Have you taken these conditions in written over the email with HR.

At the time of retention I got revised letter but this year increment letter I didn’t get.
@Deadsoul, how much time HR takes, to provide this revised letter, when we get the offer and put the paper. I got an offer, just put my papers yesterday, hr asked me my current offer detail,
When TCS knocks on your door to retain you. Never open it for them
Without getting a revised offer letter you shouldn't have taken your papers.. they fooled you
Waiting for the same. Didnt received any compensation for this year. HR told me they are reviewing this and will let me know.
Managers and HR's itself don't know how long they will stay in the organization. Never believe in what they are going to give in the future. Things, policies, everything will be changing every time like daily weather.
If you get what you are promised in time, you are the luckiest person.
Surprised to know that tcs does take a step to retain ...i believed they will just let go people as they will get new bakras easily
