Trending @Capgemini; Retention advice

Is it worth getting retained in Capgemini if they are able to match offer? Will it have any future implications like less hike or delayed promotion? Does Capgemini make retained employee sign bond to not leave company like a year or so?

It is fine if they are able to match (assuming your offer is above industry standards), just make sure it does not contain any one time bonus settlement part.

As per my own experience, it definitely impacts the hike in subsequent years, generally you will get less increment in the following years.

There's no bond on retention, only in project bonuses if you leave within 1 year that will be reversed in FNF.
