It totally depends upon you. In your area are there multiple job options? If yes, then better to leave. Else carry on with retained hike.

If you are satisfied with your amount then stay here ..also check whether how much you are getting in variable pay. If your position comes in C3 and you got the same offer with more variable pay means you get less in hand salary ..
