Trending @Capgemini; Retaining policy

I know 6 months before reatianjng policy is in hold if I resigned then same project can not retain only other projects can retain, is the policy is same now or anything changed ?

Whatever you mentioned is wrong. Retentions are under the same projects only as they want you to stay critical for the delivery. The experience of retention is though pathetic. They will promise something, but it won't be met w.r.t dates.
