Retain to same project after resignation

Hi all,

Does anyone know and can confirm that if we revoke resignation in the last 2-3 weeks then do we get retained to the same project that we were working for or we are put on bench ?

Please confirm need genuine guidance. Thanks

Hi, It totally depends upon your manager and the reason that you have mentioned for resignation, if it's for health reasons, you can mention something and get back into the track, as health reasons are genuine. But if they have hired a new resource and if the KT is done, then you may be put into bench, or if you are on a higher grade, worst case can also happen.
