Retain Possibility

In our team ,there are 6 developers ,One of them left recently,I have also put my papers ,My Manager is trying for retaining me he has connected me with leadership team one person and i raised my concern was hike and the prospect company was giving 100% hike.

There is a huge dependency on my work.

They have asked me for my offer letter,is there a possibility of retaining me with 100% hike?
