Retain or switch
I'm working as .net full stack developer with 4 years experience and I have been working in current company since 4 years the first company Recently i got job offer in other company, my company want to retain me with same package what other company is offering..should i retain or switch? If i retain will it become comfort zone? Won't I learn much? Suggest me

Switch karo bhai Ismai toh sochne ki jarurat hi nhi hai. Dusri company mai hamesha expectations kum hoti hai as compared to retain hoke same company m Krna. But just ask someone in new company like review.
Switch. And tell your current org that you will be able to get 20% higher package during np, so their retention offer is anyway lowballed
Just switch. If you get retained, you will be expected to work more as you are getting more.
