Retain Negotiations

Need advise , Working in Accenture and currently on resign. My current project not offering to me for retaining but another project giving me opportunity to revoke resignation and they can do something in current running appraisal cycle. Figure they can’t tell. Another project can do something in this when i will revoke the resignation and will join their project?
