Trending @Accenture; Retain in Accenture

I got an offer from one of the mnc. My ctc is 9 lpa fixed, and 21% VP. due to the 90 days notice period other companies have given me to fix ctc 10.5 lpa with no variable pay, as i thought considering this, I have resigned from Accenture now 20 days remaining from my LWD.i don't have any other offer with me. So I need some guidance for choosing the company. Can I join a new company with the same package? Or ask in Accenture for withdrawal of resignation. Role Azure Data Engineer, total experience 4 years,i have given multiple interviews but haven't cleared.

The last 3 weeks are absolutely precious. Since you already have an offer in hand, try to extend your DOJ (Date of Joining) as much as possible. Use that extra time to keep interviewing, you might just hit an even better, enhanced offer soon. Keep trying, Cheers!

The rule is simple, if you go back to your EX.
They reinvest into you with deeper shit.
So better not to take your resignation back.

Constraints can be chosen to think but if you have the same as here please move on.
