Retain condition?

Will here be any retain conditions at TCS

1.You should write a bond for 1 years after retaining

You will not get hike in next appraisal

Please let me know if there are any

No condition. If you are getting retained, u only should put conditions that u need a matching counter offer, onsite like that

Incase of counter offer get the whole amount in offer letter before u revoke, don't agree if they say will give partly now and rest in 2 months with promotion and all. They will not give. Get it whole before u revoke. Incase of onsite, make sure they raise visa atleast before u revoke
