Retain after resignation
My last working day us 14 April and my Manger is now saying He will restain me . I joined TCS as fresher and having 3.5 year exp in same project as SAP BASIS Support but I resigned this job bcoz I am not interested in sap basis and want to transit into DATA analyst and currently I am preparing for that. While resignation I gave reson as want to persive hight education.
Now I don't understand should retain but Even if restain I don't have any interest in sap basis any how I want to transit into Data analyst
What do u think should I restain and prepare fully for Data analyst role and then leave TCS
My current exp is 3.5 Yr exp with 4.38 CTC

Did you try to switcb internally in TCs to get i to power BI role ?
No before this project was not releasing me but now they providing realease option as well
But my fear is even id they realease then will RMG provide me Power BI project what if they again assign me sap basis project
You can do certification and update resume accordingly.. you have less than 4 years of experience.. currently market is not good.. so better to take offer or switch internally to tour desired role..

If I retain then if I ask them to release from current project then will I still get hike?
