Retain after Resignation
I Submitted my resignation in TCS will there be any chance that TCS retain me, I do have counter offer of 80% More on my current CTC

There is very less chance unless you get strong push from client plus even if you get full support from your unit head, corporate team has a role to get it through even practice head team will also get involved and take short of technical round, HR bundle our next promotion with retention offer and will make it around 80 percent of your offer. I believe you will have around 2 percentage chance if you spend 5+ yeares with the company
No. In general someone from corporate HR may offer you 15% hike if there is a good case for your retention
