Resume/CV formats required to apply in EU and ME.

Hi folks, I have 9 yoe in software development and want to try my luck for a similar role in either the Middle East or Europe.

Could you pls help with any genuine advice on CV and resume format required for these countries & how to look for the opportunities ?
