I have resumed to work after ML.. I am on bench and some one has offered me a role of PMO.. Before going on ML I was working as a designer for BT.. not sure whether should I accept the PMO role or not as I have 6 months old order who needs me.. also is there a possibility of WFH for few months.. and what if I feel that after a month I want to continue my ML for another 6 months, is that possible??
We have the option to work only 3 days a week or work daily for 5 hours ... I mean after ML you can avail this...for 1 year they allow part time job
But in policy it is mentioned that for part time job I have to go to office... My base location is Pune and I am from Mumbai.. not possible for me to go to pune
Talk to your HR, he/she can provide Wfh for sometime. ML extension for 3 months without pay can be availed just before joining back. I think you ask for leave without pay if you want to take a break.
I want to continue working only if I get a work from option.. else will opt for ML extension
I rejoined when my baby was 4.5 months old as I took ML 1.5 months before the due date.
