Resume suggestion

First time posting here. Posted in other groups but need as much suggestion as possible

Made this 80+ score ATS resume ( screened using 4-5 online apps and modified constantly ) , ignored formatting for the score still getting rejected for BW & Web Dev roles.

Any suggestions?
