Resume review

I'm trying to get a proper PM/APM job in a proper/good company. 3YOE as a software engineer 9months experience as a PM.

Idk what's lacking in my resume, how do I improve my chances of getting calls and hopefully converting into a proper pm job? Feedback appreciated. Ps: also, did I make a mistake jumping from software to pm? I like the pm role but I'm afraid i won't get a good job seeing the trend
