Resume not getting shortlisted
Hi, i work in the Investment Banking role at a big reputed firm but my role is sort of backend only. Recently i have been applying to a lot of jobs in the IB profile (other profiles where i apply are: equity research analyst, Corporate strategy etc.) but my resume is not getting shortlisted anywhere. Can someone please help me with the same. I have attached a snapshot of my job description as i have in my resume. Is it the correct way of putting it or should i change it, i am not sure?
