Resume Confusion

Hello everyone, I was scrolling through LinkedIn and quiet a few times I have encountered posts that help in building resume or provide samples. Those samples claim to be having ats scores of more than 92. I was just thinking that isn’t it all about the content that you showcase in your resume that matter.

Your content will be taken into consideration only after it passes through ATS. That's the catch.

If a company is heavily relying on ATS and filtering good profiles, better not to go for those
