Resume Confusion

Hello everyone, I was scrolling through LinkedIn and quiet a few times I have encountered posts that help in building resume or provide samples. Those samples claim to be having ats scores of more than 92. I was just thinking that isn’t it all about the content that you showcase in your resume that matter.
