Trending @Infosys; Restructuring of Package
As working with infosys from last 10 years. Experience number is greater than my package per year(8.5 Lakh/Annum). Is there package restructuring based on experience, technical knowledge, expertise etc.
Just switch, you'll get 200% hike with 10 years of experience. Infosys gave 9 lpa with 2.5 years experience to my colleague.

Don't judge by market conditions. I'm witnessing people getting offer after offer. My colleague also got with same experience as yours. Upload your resume on naukri and other websites and start applying for interviews

why did you NOT switch? you know in IT industry switching is the only way to get monetary growth
Take a chance and switch. I have 5yrs exp with 6lpa working for infosys. I spoke to my managers as well regarding all growth, increase in package nothing works here. They only say that they can provide on-site or promotion with progression. So I put my parts hunting jobs outside with no offers yet. And people who are negotiating offers to me were saying your pay is less considering you experience. What was the reason and also told me that they can give 100% hike not above than that. They also told me that they look only at percentage not the figure wise. So if you start getting offer your offer will increase else later switching both would be difficult
And with your experience you should get as per market standards. Yours current is too low. We live life once don't spend in once place
