Restricted to take flexi leave

Hi All , My manager is saying not to take flexi leave due to billing loss . Though those are auto approved still he is refusing to apply for those .

Can he do that ? Can I take it even after he denies ? Its auto approved yaar

No, He can't do that. As per HR policy hub, an employee is free to take flexi leave on any of the mentioned flexi holidays. If he/she is saying that, ask him to convey the same message on tcs mail.
100% he won't do that. So, just take the leave and if he/still force you just email the hr and delivery partner. Hope this should resolve your problem.

No , In our project they are saying even if its auto approved you can't take it. you need to ask us if its approved then only you can apply for it .can I raise a concern for this before HR ?

Simply apply and take the leave. Anyway even if it is D band, B band or C band they won't give hike. In next year also they might search for a reason to not to provide Hike. Just try to say 'No' in this corporate world. Otherwise you won't survive l. If you don't like this toxic environment just quit it. I have never seen such a toxic environment throughout my entire career. I even got better offer than TCS but I believed in TCS (Govt company🤣🤣🤣) and joined. Now I felt like that I have chosen the wrong company.

Please please please..don't spread false rumour about TCS being a Government like company.

Flexi leave is a scam introduced. All these are corporate gimmicks, this scheme would not last in industries where a strong labour union would be present. We are tracking flexi leaves as planned leaves and inform both manager and client in advance. See if anything was communicated earlier for this kind of arrangement? Worst case- choose another flexi, cancel this and take a sick leave 😭😂

Well this certainly isn't fair but in many projects where the billing is done based on people available there we need to inform the managers in advance that you will be taking this flexi leave and he or she can negotiate and request you to maybe take it some other day but they can't deny it as set rule saying you can't take flexi leaves
