Trending @Capgemini; Resing without offer

I am having total 9 yrs of exp in Web development and currently working with Capgemini from past 5 yrs but from past month to much politics in project and last year not given any hike and this year only 2% increment and to much work they are giving and I am completing on time still they are saying you are doing mistakes and all. I am thinking to resign first and then start for new apportunity. is it my decision is correct? As I have 90 days of notice period no one is ready for interview. Please, suggest.

I think staying 5 years in Capg, your package Wil be around 16 . If your package is high, you may not get many calls. If youbhave salary less than market standards, you may give interviews and see if you can clear

My suggestion is to not take a risk without offer as situation is not good. I am telling this based on your high experience, they expect you to be sound in the areas of your Expertise.

First try updating resume and applying for jobs, if you get calls you may think of resigning without offer

Try not to resign without an offer in the current market scenario. You can try to simultaneously look for other opportunities while being stable at your current role and job.
