Resigntion process
I have sent a resignation email few days back but still not received any email from portal confirming back my LWD .. please let us know what needs to be done in portal to confirm my resignation
HR will call you soon. He will ask the reason of leaving. After that he will tell you the LWD.
Hope you sent it to your HR not your managers. Normally it should be logged as soon as you sent the mail to HR and within 1 or 2 days you will be getting a system generated mail mentioning receipt of your resignation.
Or did they ask the reason and also asking associate to not put the papers ?? Will they give hike as well or not??

Send a reminder mail once again and ask them for the further updates.
Did your manager approve your resignation and start the separation process in ultimatix? If he initiated then definitely you will get the LWD if not initiated ask them.
