Resigning with one year experience??

I joined tcs in June 2023. After realising about tcs and other employee opinions... Now, i am thinking of shifting from TCS with just one year experience. Is it ok for a devops engineer. Please do share your advices and opinions fellas ... (Note: I am ninja category. Have CTC of just 3.4lpa. I don't see a future of cracking wings, since they are making it tougher and tougher and manager giving me rating below 4)
