Hi all, i will be applying for e-separation today due to too much delayed hike in this organisation.

Can anyone tell me what's the current market situation and how much hike can I expect after the switch currently?

It depends on many factors but currently the market is fearful and crowded because of the all around layoff so don't expect too much hike .
