Resigning in tcs during maternity leave

If u r bench kinda period including maternity , u will not be serving notice period as technically u r not in project

If u have an offer then it's fine, else resign after maternity leave, since u are in there is possibility that mutiple thing got change in project u need to gather info that take some time since u resign it easier to move out without doing lot of work (kind of free money for maintaining attendance)
