Trending @Infosys; Resigning in first week of joining

I have joined a company 4 days ago and after joining I did not find the growth opportunities. The tech team size is one digit and working on a very small in-house product. The company is operations heavy not tech heavy which I got to know after joining. I want to resign now. How should I approach this?

If we resign before 1 year, we are not eligible for rehire. Saw in a whatsapp group when someone tried to initiate separtion in infy me.
Approach like you got a better and more challenging job else where.
