Hey guys,
Could you please advise if resigning from a project is better or from the bench? My allotment to my existing project is till August end. The project didn't fly from my domain POV. I don't have any offer in hand but I want to resign from this shit company. I want advice from you folks on the same. Does the Home Manager have any role to play in reducing my notice period? Is it better to resign or wait for an HR email asking to resign, in that way I'll be getting compensation, right? Also, when you're on the bench do you have to come to the office for 5 days in a week and do 10 hours? Can your Home Manager utilize your expertise on his tasks during your stay on the bench? I mean can he give you tasks and you have an obligation to do it?
P.S Sorry for posting lots of questions. Appreciate the help and guidance.
Have you got a mail for Vcdp ? If yes then you after 10-15 days you would be in pdp/adp. in Adp you would get 35 days to find project. After this you may get extension of 6 days then you would be asked to resign. (You’ll get compensation this way)
So my advice practice interviews in your bench period and get out of this shit Infosys lite company.

As far as I know if they force u to put down a paper after completing 60 days in pdp they may give 5 months salary. My advise here is with in 60 days crack the another interview and collect the offer letter, if that u won’t face any financial crises
My association with my current project will be over by this week. I think they'll be moving me PDP after that, I'm planning to put my papers down next week only. In this scenario, do I have to fulfill my 90 days notice period or can it be shortened out? Also, which month salary they'll be holding if I resign in the first week of September?
