Resigning from Indiamart

I had been in this company like for almost 3+ years, currently a senior level devops. This was my first company and today was the day of appraisal.

I had worked day in and day out at this company, even then the appraisal was way too low below expectations. Also, for other people on the same level, the appraisal has been much higher.

I am planning to talk to my manager regarding this (dunno exactly how to proceed), and in a month after completing my current project, I will be resigning.

Really frustrates me when a company doesn't recognize your hard work and loyalty!
