Trending @Cognizant; Resigning due to the unprofessional behaviour of hm's..

After getting released from the project, I got too many interview calls and have to appear in multiple rounds of interview at A level..lasting from 1hr to 1:30hr for getting the project.Even I got positive feedback from hm's still getting no response regarding project allocation and it feels more like begging for getting updates as they are not replying. They are just giving excuses like leadership discussion is going on....etc. Really frustrated with the current scenario so thought of resignation.??

W thought go for it but better to stay on bench do job search get offer and till then you will have enough time on bench they will force you to put down your papers with 5 months salary thats kind of deal🤞

But cognizant project interviews are very tough really, they will conduct more than one hour and I have 2 rounds to get into project, it's like giving interview for a new job

If you're gonna give an interview for hours, better look outside as well, chances of getting a job will be high
