Trending @Capgemini; Resigning due to PIP

I accepted my BOTP plan, I am on bench and poor rating, not getting in any project. I will resign this week, can I ask my namager and HR and RMG to relieve my on 31st March as my BOTP plan end date is on 03 April. Will I get 3 months pay and pay for leave balances?

If you fail in botp they'll ask you to resign and you'll serve 1 month notice period with 2 months salary in advance. And leaves pay.
If you resign by yourself youll have to serve full notice period
