Resigning before completing 1 yr
I am a ninja candidate and I will complete my 1 yr in Jan. I have a offer in my hand rn.
If I resign now will my notice period be counted in the same 12 month bond period ??
Or if there are any docs supporting the same please refer it to me.

Notice period usually counts within the bond period, but you might face penalties for breaking it early. I've seen cases where people negotiated, but it's tricky.

I don't know about it much. If you have bond of 1 year and it covers with in your last working day of TCS, then you don't have to pay. Again all depends on how HR interpreting things.
