I have resigned from Infosys without any offer its been 10 days now since i resigned I am Senior System Engineer working as oracle dba having 3 years of experience my current ctc is 4.1. Is there any chance they can retain me if yes then how much hike i can expect?. I didn't hear anything from HR till now.
It's very unlikely to receive a rentention hike since you don't also have any other offer. Only chance if you are highly dependent for the project and if your exit affect the running of the project you may be called for negotiation. For that you have to be irreplaceable.
If i will get offer and tell manager then is it possible?
