Trending @Infosys; Resigned without offer

I resigned today without any offer letter in hand. After having 3years of experience in Infosys. I Joined infosys in Jan 2022 and since than till now no hike no growth.

HR dont even call back after hearing 90days notice period but taking the risk now I have put the papers. Maybe now the HR might show some interest.

Sometimes back I gave my fake notice period on job portals and received multiple calls attended few interviews and got selected in 2 of them....market situation is good who has skills and knowledge.

Let's see what happens next...!!

Iam in ur exact situation, 3yrs in infy no hike , nothing, now tryna switch , getting zero callbacks, so I kept fake notice as immediate, but those ppl are asking me to show some kinda of offical proof like resignation approval letter like that or else they won't conduct interview it seems . Now for last infy cycle which end on oct 24 i got NI rating so i might be put under PIP for 90 days and will asked to self resignation. Iam so confused ๐Ÿ˜• now , show i apply seperation now , and try to switch within 90 days ? But iam afraid they might send me out before 90 days as I got NI rating, and also iam not super confident on getting offer in 90 days . So disturbed and confused. Any tips anyone pls share

I'm also stuck in a mundane, copy paste non technical project since December 2021, I'm in a dilemma whether or not to resign as the project has 0 scope or future at all and besides the wfo mandate is chewing away my salary and savings

The initial years of experience is very important for career growth and spending time in copy paste projects is only going to slow down your skills and profile. I would say ask for Release from the project, concentrate on skillup in next 6 months and try to get a good relevant project.

Also, it you are confident after getting reskilled, don't wait for Infy validation. Switch.
