Trending @Accenture; Resigned without Offer
I have just dropped my resignation today without any offer in hand. I could see only 30days, immediate joiner are preferred. Could not able to wait for any calls who is accepting 90days NP. Getting calls from good companies but they are not even ready to consider for interview. It looks more like I can never think about switch for atleast next 1yr. Atleast now I could say serving np. Anyone dropped resignation without offer share your views. How are you feeling when you are serving np candidate?

A very brave decision and you won't regret it. I remember recently I suggested someone on the same platform to resign without any offer. Trust me you will land a better job than here

Thank you very much π This boosts my confidence πͺ platform like this and people like you giving us some more courage by sharing such infos.

Man , Accenture is my 6th company and I have always resigned without a job offer in hand and always have landed with a better job every time . π»

Even I am about to resign.. as the work is hitting my mental health... Not have core skill as working in support project with loads of work.. evn not sure what to do next..
So thinking of resignation. Want to take a break from this daily race... May be find something.. and work on upskill..

Resigned last week without any offer

Prepare a proper plan for up-skilling. Make sure your resume passes through an ATS check. Optimize your profile with relevant key words. Give an interview and you will understand the interview pattern and questions. You might fail in 1st ,2nd or 4th but definitely you will clear the interview in the 5th or 6th attempt. luckily I got an offer in the 1st attempt. As your NP is reducing you will get more calls
Mainly believe in yourself
All the best

Thank You very much πIt means alot π

Definitely I will follow all the steps

I did the same yesterday
We are on the same boat bro

All the best π

I also dropped but no calls i am getting why idk

When did you drop?

Last Monday .... π₯²π₯² i don't know , do i need to optimize my resume or my profile in linkedin and naukri

Bro you really have guts to resign without a offerπ― even Iβm trying to searching for new job but 90 days notice period is problem but I observed if we are on notice period then getting more calls from naukari.com

I'm finding it difficult to decide whether to put in my papers because my current project has a heavy workload. I'm concerned that I may not get enough time to prepare during the notice period due to the ongoing responsibilities. could you please suggest what we can do in this case?

Try to go away for 1hr in your work hours if possible and then prepare for your interviews. Once you dropped the resignation they should start reducing the responsibilities and am also sailing on the same boat. I will be online during my work hours and spending 1-2hrs for interview preparation. But it's not enough I know but for now atleast I can do something that's it

Completely fine buddy, this will give you time to chill relax recoup recover from the Accenture shit. Give interviews with peace of mind and you'll definitely land a better job than this hell hole.
Good luck

Thanks a tonπ
