I resigned today without offer as it starts affecting my mental health. I knw the market is not that great but still not as bad my health. I send them mail with same reason. But nobody connected till now and also they are adding me to chat groups to work. I really can't work thats why I put down my papers.
can someone guide how to handle this situation.
Take resignation back and don't work in project. let them feel the pressure of keeping you engaged. Develop some mental strength. Listen to your leads/managers as if you have are not in office but visiting a mental asylum. laugh when they put blame on you for not meeting deadlines. Deliberately miss meetings.
Same here i did the same thing yesterday, and I genuinely understand your situation. I don’t have an offer in hand but my mental health is just getting worse day by day. I got a feeling that I will end my life if this continue. I know that the market is bad but life is just getting worse at Accenture day by day. All the best for the future don’t worry I genuinely wish our situation gets better
Nothing is more important than your life. They are not your family. Please take care.
I also have work pressure i always get multiple tasks at once to handle. They do follow up on both tasks. but at a time I can work on only one task. Management level many people do follow-ups for me 3. I need to answer all of them. Supervisor is not satisfied with work. I told to my colleagues i will be asking for roll off later some time management offer retention bonus on norms and told to stay for 1 year. I am completely not able to understand why they offer when not satisfied with performance.
If we complete work by doing extra hours we will get new work. So here the job is challenging so I came to understand that work as per them only in office time and live your life later do the work as you can don't take stress as whatever you work management will not be satisfied.
