Man..., I seen a guy earning 29.5LPA and was confused with new offer 36LPA his experience was 4.5 yrs
Here you 4.5 yrs earning 4.3lpa similar skill set
I am not getting it why this big difference?
To be frank, bro, it’s completely my fault. I got too comfortable. My manager had given me full work-from-home, and I was just working 3–4 hours a day. The rest of the time I was chilling at home, watching web series and relaxing. Slowly it reached a point where it felt too much. So yeah, I’ll blame only myself for this.
