Resigned Without Notice – HR Not Responding, Need Guidance
I informed RMG on 18th Feb that I want to resign without serving the notice period since I’m currently on the bench. They responded on 19th Feb confirming that 24th Feb would be my last working day. They also mentioned that Level 1 was initiated, the system was tagged, and HRBP was informed.
However, I haven’t received any communication regarding laptop submission or exit formalities yet. I’ve tried reaching out to HR, but there has been no response.
Tomorrow is my last working day, and I’m unsure about the next steps. Has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I do?
