Trending @Capgemini; Resigned without any offer
I resigned without having an offer in hand, and now I’m worried because I’ve received only two calls in the past few months. My last working day is at the end of December, and I’m scared this might affect my chances since HRs keep asking why I resigned without any offer or interviews lined up. Instead of enjoying the year-end, I’m feeling stressed.
What should I do now, and how do I handle this situation and the HR questions confidently?

If u have confidence in yourself and want change then don't take stress by taking this as learning phase and keep applying to as many jobs as possible on Naukri.
Same as u , i had resigned without any offer in
hand and np ended as well in aug..i took a month of break and went to my village later started actively applying and preparing everyday without having second thoughts even though i had gap after np... initially i got only 1,2 calls in first month but after another month, i was getting 1,2 calls every alternate day.. now i have 2 offers to choose and others waiting feedback...most of the times it is about timing and luck then about ur skills.
So yeah it might take some time to get what u want but surely u will get it.

Thank you for sharing this! I’m also taking it as a learning phase and applying to as many jobs as I can. Good to know someone else has been through this and succeeded

Try to revoke the resignation, or ask ChatGPT. It will give nice suggestions
