Bro, I will be honest, with those YOE you can easily get 6 LPA, but one issue before that, u need to up your skills, search for your role, what are the top skills, learn basic, and a bit intermediate and fake a Lil bit on resume, start applying for all companies whatever u see by reaching out to your LinkedIn network, etc. assume u applied for x companies, u will get x/2 interview calls, u will clear x/4. And only x/8 will offer u your salary expected.
Again, it's just a estimate, so ex - apply to 40 companies, 20 will call back, u will pass 10, and u will get 5 offers 🫴.
Among them only 1-2 will offer u remote work cuz there are many trust issues in industry
