Resigned with in two days is it make any problem

I joined company on Aug-29 and with in two days I resigned due to relocation and desktop work and I sent an resignation email to hr but they didn't responded they mark it as absconded and terminated after 15 days. Now I got recovery letter 2 lakhs due I need pay that amount? If in case if they create pf account for me is this make any problem to my future jobs, any one could you please suggest?
