Resigned - Suggestions please
I am a C3B with current CTC at around 20-25 L. You know the condition of hikes, QVA and can estimate the in-hand.
Got offer of 30-35 L and dropped resignation in TCS.
TCS wants to negotiate just 10% or so. I dont care much but I want Al / ML Projects as a guarantee to stay back.
My delivery manager says that he will put me into an Al / ML Project. What do you think? Is it just a false promise, or he might.
Lol do you really want to ask this question about TCS managers promise being true or falsebeing at C3B level.... I mean you have already seen everything and you still have doubts to make this decision 😅😅...its funny you need a second opinion from grapevine about your assumptions on your TCS managers promise....😁😁
Never trust anything here. Move with another offer happily.
Better move , u show ur skills in ai ml in new company
Ask them to release u from project and once on bench take Ai ml project , if this happens within ur notice period u can think to stay back else move on
If you can clear the interview try outside also for AI/ ML company in notice period and ask tcs to match the offer along with AI/ ML project
Resign immediately from tcs
