Resigned Shorten Notice Period

I am currently working directly with the client without any team members. If I resign due to not receiving a favorable band and stop working from the first day of my notice period, I have other job offers lined up with an 80-90% salary hike. Will TCS match the salary, shorten my notice period, or escalate the matter?

Beware of the fact that TCS might try to fool you by matching the offer, but with a catch. They will add the increment as an allowance instead of increasing your basic pay.
And in their policy, it's written that they can reduce or discontinue every other salary component except the basic pay.

Resign - 90 days. Notice period. Stop working and you will face consequences. Support what you can during your notice period and have a clean exit . Never trust TCS matching pay , there is always a catch better to go ahead

Just go. Don't think about anything. I joined TCS recently (about to complete 8 months), I am thinking of resigning because of its work culture and the payscale they have given me in the name of variable pay. All the best just go.

They will never match . Atleast not upto 80 to 90 percent for sure

No chance tcs will match your offer unless it's critical. They don't mind about employees or client.

At current market situation, Tcs will not match salary and shorten notice period. The only option you have is to serve notice period and get experience letter or mark yourself absconded without any proper relieving letters which will backfire you while joining in new companies
