Resigned on bench

I am recently released from project and now i am on bench.I have dropped the resignation to my Hr and supervisor and they have initiated my process in system and i got my last working day after 3 months. Now i am under rmg so can they ask me to take early release if i don’t join any project ?

RMG is a bunch of good for nothing aholes, they are really inconsiderate. They won't release you early if its not favourable for them.

How will they keep him on the bench without billing? I just want to understand

They won't keep him on the bench, they'll assign a project which has very few dependencies and make him visit office 5 x 9 hours.

I said I’m not ready for early release. Then they pushed me to previous account.currently working with that account only

No i mean i want to look for other options i have one offer bt my joining is after 3 months.. so i try to convince them that will not work?

RMG can be convinced as for TCS bench resouce is a pure cost. Zero ROI from bench resource.

If you type in mail that you wana serve full 3 months of notice period no one can force you not even rmg just mention that you wana serve 3 months of bench thats it

They can release you if tou are on bench. Good things is if you join other company within 90 days they offer you 2 3 lac bonus which is standard just check with HR of company offering you job.
